Black holes are one of the most mysterious and brilliant objects in the universe. They are incredibly dense pieces of matter that consume everything that comes near them, including light. It is believed that blackholes were created when stars collapse after reaching the end of their life cycle. This process creates an object with a gravitational force so strong that not even light can escape from it!
Because blackholes have such a powerful gravitational field, they suck in all forms of energy, including radiation and particles. What remains inside is a very dark area called outer space or the Event Horizon.
